Should I declare myself as a Lizquen fan? I love the Forevermore teleserye despite not being able to watch it religiously during its airing days. I've mistaken “Everday I Love You” to their first movie which is “Just The Way You Are”. Unfortunately, it was not available in our province. But EILY didn't fail to make me so super kilig including our companions inside the cinema.

Everyday I Love You 2015 (Movie Review)
I've asked my cousin yesterday to accompany me in the movie theater as usual. We were stuck between “Flotsam”, “Spectre” and this another tagalog romantic movie. Deciding between the first two movie was a real challenge. Yeah, I've crossed out the last one without even looking at the poster until my couz read the title of this tagalog love story. “Everyday I love you” he said. That was the only the time that I've noticed it was Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, the Lizquen love team from Forevermore. Despite of not liking the sight of Gerald Anderson there, Liza Soberano was enough to convince me of buying a ticket for two. Thanks juices that my guy cousin, who is currently in love and was possibly influenced by that, agreed of watching a tagalog film.

Movie Review | Mission Impossible 2015
Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation
This movie has a high ratings that I can't totally relate with. Why so high? The movie is not awful but I'm not completely amazed. I am numb after and I find it difficult to conclude a final say. It's not the kind of movie that I can still think of after but it left me bewildered. It's a fine movie that is in the middle of average and excellent.
The involvement of CIA here is quite ridiculous. They're CIA yet they can't capture Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise). The casts are few too and for the first timer like me the IMF looks like a team of 4 (not that believable). I need a subtitle here as I can't understand their conversations well. Ethan still has acess with some high end equipments even if the IMF was already disbanded.

Ant Man (Movie Review)
We're about to watch the Terminator but it was replaced exactly on the day we watched this. My cousin was really looking forward for that and was quite hesitant to watch the Ant-man. I'm not actually interested in Terminator. Not that I only like a love story movie, it's just that not all action movies appeal to me. Yung tipong pinagbibigyan ko lang... Guys sila eh. Besides I can't resist being a Santa when simple things makes other people genuinely happy.
Ant-man. Parang walang dating. Yet it's one of the nicest movie I've watched in Cinema. It's unique compared to the recent action movies I've watched. Simple, cool, and funny but worth the payment of the ticket. Even funnier than minions. I really laughed then felt embarrassed because ang ingay ko ata. I'm surprised when we both thought it will be boring. The humour pile up in the last part of the story which was also the climax. There's 2-3 korni humor on that last part but generally the rest feels relatable or natural. It's a good way to end it.

Minions 2015 Movie Review
The coming of Minions in cinema is a much awaited movie. The collectibles of Mcdonalds and the commercial in televisions just teases and heightens anticipation. I was not yet planning to watch this but cousin treated me.
The duration of this movie is very long despite the simplicity of its story. The craziest and funniest part for me is few and that is when Stuart was given a gift of gratitude (a snowglobe) and when Bob pulled the sword which led to the huge shift of the story. It may seem strange but the best part is the beginning (along with the trailer) and the end of the story.
The movie is just average. The excuse why the outcome of the movie is not that appealing to adults is it's meant for kids. Pero kahit na! The Despicable Me is for kids like how most of the cartoon are for kids too. But still, a lot of adults are captivated in Despicable Me. So why not continue the charm in the Minion’s own movie? They could have done something better.
For Kids?
I noticed that some kids laughed the loudest when there’s someone hurt. I was also quite horrified to find some mild sexy jokes. I only relaxed a bit when I’ve read over the net about kids not capable of understanding the joke due to their age.

Ender's Game Movie Review
In year 2135, humanity is preparing to launch an attack on the homeworld of an alien race called the Formics who had attacked Earth and killed millions. Over the course of fifty years, gifted children are trained by the International Fleet to become commanders of a new fleet for this counter-attack. ~WikipediaRight after watching this, I was wondering if this movie is derived from a book. My guess is right! It didn’t become that famous though but it was a great movie for me. It seems that I have another book series to read soon.
Hearsay is there’s a lot of alteration in the movie. I’m glad that I have watched this but the huge change from the original story of the book might feel deceiving for fans like me. Would I hate it if I’ll read the book? Should I still read it? This was what happened to me in the book “Divergent”. It felt like they have only borrowed the idea (because they can’t make their own) which dishonors the book.

Fast and Furious 7 (2015) Movie Review
Did you watch the Fast and Furious 7 in the movie theatre already? Bf said I will not enjoy it because it is about cars and racing (He thinks I only like love story since I recently indulged myself into books and movies in that genre but the truth is I’m really into a variety of things). Though my cousin said I will enjoy it and he was right.

You're My Boss ~ Movie Review
Who haven’t seen the trailer of You’re my Boss? The way it repeatedly aired in television, it’s as if it’s telling us it’s a promising movie. But the best movie doesn’t need a lot of promotion; its success comes from words of the mouth of those who have watched it.
The Trailer
The trailer doesn’t justify the real comedy the movie has. It could have been better if the “Oh my Gosh” of Coco Martin is omitted. But because it’s Toni Gonzaga, who caught my attention after the proposal of Paul, I became interested in this movie. What we didn’t expect was that the scene in the elevator was really funny. Right from the start, the movie made us laugh and the humor continues for about 2/3 of the story.

Stand by Me (Doreamon Movie) Review
It’s one of the few cartoons that we are allowed to watch back in our childhood days. I love Doreamon but not to the point that I want a stuff toy or any collectibles that has Doreamon in it. However, I want to collect different DVD movies or maybe the manga of it. I remember liking Doreamon than Mojako because he has pocket with cool and really useful stuffs. There’s also something in its signature song that so pleasing when played.
I picked this movie out of mild curiosity. I initially didn’t like the graphics as it made Nobita look quite different.
This is the movie for those who don’t know much about Nobita and Doreamon. It’s the beginning story as it tells about how Doreamon came in Nobita’s life. (I didn’t know that before with just watching in TV). It made me believe this is the whole story but it’s actually just the beginning of the long journey of their friendship.

Movie Review | Feng Shui 2
It was hard to choose among the available Tagalog movies in cinema. The showing of local-only films is something I’m not very well aware. I didn’t know when it started. It only left me a feeling of “Watching Cinema will never be that fulfilling anymore”. Don’t get me wrong, it’s just that poor quality is something I cannot often tolerate.

The Gifted (Movie Review) – Watch it!
I cringe whenever it’s a Tagalog made film. There’s always
this feel of poor quality and a movie that was only created just to
raise money. Nasosobrahan sa kakornihan pero kinakagat ng masa.
And they become what they watch too. Nonetheless, my little
sister really likes Tagalog comedy because she can easily understand
the jokes.
I tried watching Filipino-made movies through computer, and there seems like a lacking push to give our movie an unforgettable impact. These are very evident with love stories that makes me hesitate to watch it in sinehan. A badly made film will make me less interested and uninspired to watch another story.
That’s why I chose to watch this first than the “If I stay” movie. It’s like “Well, I have no other choice” as this is one of the few entertainment you can have in our province. That could be my first time to watch a Filipino movie in a big screen and well I am impressed. Though I really don’t have a lot of experience in criticizing Filipino movies and I get easily distracted than reading a story from a book.

-Korean Film
-Drama Comedy
-Child Friendly
I should be glad that we had watch this movie together, but
there are instances that words reach me like this might never happen again in
the future. That part spoils. Null and void.
This is an intense movie. I initially thought this is pure comedy. I felt the drama even in the first few minutes. The impact is even
greater if I don’t have prior knowledge about what the movie is, like what
happened when I watched the movie Sky of Love. I rarely watch trailers too. I
just watched this one as requested and recommended. I never know the folly.
I like the mixture of comedy and love story when it comes to movies. There are other horror movies
combined with comedy that we are familiar too. But this one? This is drama and
comedy, with tiny flecks of suspense. This is the first great drama comedy I've
ever seen and is very well made. I can’t remember watching other movies with this kind
of genre. The main actor and the child actress are very effective. Bigay todo yung child actress. The way
the child act is beyond convincing.

Red Dawn (Movie Review)
-Action
-Child friendly
It's a cool movie for me and I happened to like it before its unsatisfying end. I watched it with a subtitle anyway. As usual, the supporting actor died like some old action stories. I wonder if Matt suits as a replacement to his brother. He doesn’t seem a leader material and he doesn't exude a charm for me. Somehow this is too mild for a war and it's somehow unrealistic. I picture a war to be brutal especially in this millennium. Peeta, from the movie “Hunger Games”, is one of the casts here.
I just have some questions:
1. What happened to the shop owner after the incident where they save her?
2. How efficient enough for Matt to become the next trainer/leader?
3. Why didn't they just removed the tracker in the guy's body so they won't end up leaving someone behind, is that what team does? Why didn't they ask for some medical help or say like they kidnapped some doctor especially that they have killed the magistrate already?
4. How did one of those marine soldier died? I haven't seen a gun shot.
I wish that there's a cleverer and unique way of ending this story. The war isn't even over yet.

My Review: Till my Heart Ache Ends
This is a story about love. Something that typically happens,
something that might already happened to you. The journey of love. It's a
typical story of two partners who are just starting their relationship. A two
person who has a lot to learn.
What are you doing here? If only this movie is a person, I would
ask it. I don't have preferences with Tagalog movies. Still, I watched it. First, just to test how long I
would take watching it. There was a long introduction of why things did happen
and that's the 2nd reason, I got curious. There's a
tragic feeling in the end, but I’m not saying it’s not worth watching. I just
don't like it and find it not helpful. There's
no sense na ipamukha ang mga bagay na yun sa akin. I wonder what did those broken-hearted
person feel when they watched this kind of movie. Did they feel better?
Wew, siguro drama to. Ewan ko kung matratrauma ako
manood ng tagalog movie. Saan ang effort sa graphics at animation? Kahit man
lang sana sa title or credits.

Destiny

Life lesson:
Don't comfort a girl. You might end up seeing each other on your
bed the first thing in the morning.
Guys love is conditional.
Spoiler:
Ahhh... For those who believe in destiny. There is "destined
to fail” too. A change of world and lifestyle is a test. A wrong approach in
situation can severe a misunderstanding. Both need each other to learn, so for
the next time they will have the wisdom to bring a new relationship into a
better one.
Paolo was lucky to have a friend who understands and share
explanations even though they had an affair. Too bad a guy cannot understand.
Too bad a girl can be that needy. There's a collection of mistakes an immature
person would undergo. Most of the time, girl's instinct is right, it’s just
that they choose not to listen. Until the time comes that they learn to listen
to their instincts. A relationship started by two immature people rarely
survives.
I understand why Agnes was worst. Not only for it being her first
relationship but also the lack of attention from her parents, no wonder will
she turn like that. The tendency of clinging emotionally. It makes me wonder,
is that the best way for her to learn? Learn the hard way? What if he met
another guy? Would the outcome be better?
Yes. That's true. Guys are insensitive. It's their upbringing. It
is how the society shaped them. But that's selfish right? They're still human.
Capable of emotions. He did try. He's still insensitive. The movie gave a lot
of excuses for a guy to behave like that. While when Agnes has a point of
acting such things, the story suddenly adds reasons to put the blame on her.
All is fair in war.
Guys should understand. Guys should be sensible. Girls shouldn’t be
stupid. Girls should open their minds. Learn to give up a losing battle.
Pathetic. He was welcomed, prioritized and even given time at most
hectic days but those gestures in not requited. He made his way into the girl's
world and retreated...
Anyway, I found obvious imperfection in the cut scenes of the
movie.
Quotes:

“Paolo, set your priorities”
“Mabait siya at simple. Pero parang wala

From the Last to being Strangers
I found the recommendation from one of my favourite blogger.
It took me days before I decided to finally watch it. When I saw the credits, it
gave me this thought “No doubt if it’s from Wongfu”.
But for me, the “Strangers” is still the best short movie they
made. On the other hand, appreciating a movie is something that depends on the
kind of experiences and emotions you have. Like I’ve been watching a love story
that will make me cry a bucket while one my friends can’t relate at all. That
friend of mine never experience falling in love.
Life is adventure and lots of exciting and extraordinary
events exists awaiting for initiative of someone who cares enough. We can live
creatively than just lying in the bed waiting time to pass. We can and should humble
ourselves and empathize to the other side of human lives.
Here is the movie followed by my favourite short movie of
them:
WATCH THE MOVIE FIRST
Before reading my verdict that follows
I like the part when he said that first love is a sign of
innocence, discovery, and adventure; preserved in time that neither of us can
touch. I like this subjectively.
A considerable number of people will definitely grasp and
empathize the feeling. And just like the infatuation that no longer exist, once
in our life we became confused and bewildered too that we abandon that feeling.
“Maybe it’s my desire to be on my own or prove something to
everyone back home.” Finding love in a complicated and inexplicable manner, we
turn into the trail of giving up someone special in exchange of personal space
to find our way back to self respect and worth.
“You are none of them because you are all of them”. This is
a nice phrase; however, this one being said for me is likely unreal or mostly
imaginary and dreamlike. Bitter?. Yes,
its sweet but ang korni. It’s like it’s overdone that the genuineness is lost.
But maybe younger people will love this except me. I want something new,
creative, and unique with mind-blowing twist.
P.S.
Why waste this life
without loving?

Rise of The Guardians
RISE OF THE GUARDIANS
Cartoon
And here we are
again, another story that is based from a book. I wanted to read the book.
I didn’t realize that
one of the guardians is Santa. Initially, it thought they were all unique
characters. It took me to finish the movie and surf in the net before I grasp
that they were all common icons. (Tooth
fairy, Easter bunny, Santa Clause) But I wonder if Sandy was derived from some
famous entity. From their images alone, I initially won't identify them from what they are. From the title “Rise of the Guardians” the things that went
in my mind are those tales like “Lord of the Rings”, “The Hobbit” and the
likes. The title is somehow misleading.
Santa Claus
Bogeyman
Tooth Fairy
Easter Bunny
Sandman
Jamie
Sophie
Jackfrost – the
winter spirit.
Yetis looks scary but
they are cute whereas Christmas Elves reminds me of minions, though I find the
Elves cuter. Sandy (The Sandman) the Guardian of Dreams is the oldest of the Guardians
[11] and the first Guardian chosen by Man in the Moon.[12] He does not speak,
but communicates through sand images that he conjures above his head (Wikipedia.com).
I also happened to notice the mouse, “part of European Division”. There is not
enough story about the mouse and that made a little hanging feeling. Maybe the
book will explain. Though Wikipedia said author sort of change the story in the
movie. On the other hand, Easter Bunny reminds me of Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh.
Almost like him right?
My favorite character
is Sandy. I’m delighted that he was
resurrected. But there’s the part that I cannot understand how he brought back
to life and the part where the children said that they knew what to do. The sparkling
gold match with his deafness and expression of tantrums furthers my fondness of
him.
This movie is somehow
linked from the movie “How to Train Your Dragon”. I like the graphics very much.
I wonder why children
laugh even if the funny scenes will make the character hurt, just an
observation when I let my sister watch with me again. There are also scenes
that made me laugh though. Good thing there is, considering my age. Poor Yetis
whenever Santa tells he wanted the color be changed and then realizing he’s
almost finished. Oh not again.
Nice turn of event, I
thought there is another Pitch Black in rabbit’s burrow, only to find out its Sophie.
Oh Sophie was cute and the eggs too. Her part is short though. Yun bang, yun
lang yun? As regard’s to Tooth Fairy, I don’t like her looks at all, but baby
tooth is far too adorable. Going back to Easter bunny, his transformation into
a small bunny made me chuckle. I was moved when they finally reconciled. Little
bunny’s eyes that moment attracts compassion.
I came pondering
about Easter Day, Egg hunting day. Since one of the Guardians is representing
Easter, it made me wonder how it is like. Here in my country, I am used in
taking that day for granted since I suppose it’s not that trendy.
Does egg hunting
really a source of merriment for children?
Correct me if I’m
wrong, I feel sorry for the 350 people who happened to be laid off after this Movie.
And that ends my
reaction blog for this Movie.
This is my center, what is yours?
P.S.
So when the moon says
something to you, believe it.
The Lorax
THE LORAX
Cartoon
Casts:
Ted – Zac Efron
Lorax
Once-ler
Audrey
– Taylor Swift
My Rate:
Slightly above average
Recommend:
Yes. For kids. Doesn’t have
aggressive scenes.
I consider this cartoon a long movie. 1 and 20 minutes is too lengthy for it. I want something story pack, I want more adventure, twist and fun. Nonetheless this story is just fine for younger kids. There are cartoons that pass my taste despite of my age and hopefully I can find more. Well this one is not.
I let my little sister watch with me. As I noticed she was laughing, not bad. At least she found it amusing.
I have this feeling the title don’t suit well since the Lorax is not the main character and its role is not that very influential in the story. I’ll just address it as him. However I find him charming especially when the last tree was chopped. Take a look at him. A sharp
sense of sadness penetrated my reserved emotion.
I will not go in the details of
summarizing the story, that requires tons of brain energy. It took me half of
story before it struck on me that Tree is the really main topic in the story.
Absent minded mind.
Please breathe
responsibly
Furry meatloaf
So cute..
^_^
You have
been warned. I was deceived by the thought of it. I was expecting something magical,
something extraordinary. Silly. Nothing really happened. So the Lorax just went
like an extra movie character.
Thumbs up for the fish with
soundtrack of James Bond. I find them cute and funny. But still nothing can
beat the mischievous minions funny exploit.
Moral
Lesson:
Keep your promises.
Don’t cut trees.
Temptation will eventually become
uncontrollable once you start to set your foot into it.
“I know it
may seem small and insignificant, but it’s not about what it is, it’s about
what it can become”
-Beanpole
Unless someone like you cares a whole
awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.
-Dr.
Seuss
This was the quote that has been
displayed in the end of the story. Bad thing I can’t understand. Mind to share?
Buzz:
After
some researching, I found out the Lorax is originally a children’s book. No
wonder I find the title odd. An audio book is also available and also according to wikipedia, a sequel is being considered.

The Vow
THE VOW
Lovestory. Drama.
Casts:
Leo – Channing Tatum
Paige – Rachel McAdams
My rate:
Okay. Not that good.
Not that bad. Average
Recommend:
I can’t decide. Lol.
The first movie I rented in videocity. Unfortunately the
resolution is very bad like a pirated CD. But come to think of it, the pirated
one might look better than the one I borrowed. It can be denied that the
container together with the cd itself looked horrible in its current state,
almost worn out. It just shows how careless people we are.
Going back. The story is about a couple who got into a car
accident. Most of the part is the man's struggle to
make things back to normal while his wife totally forgot about his existence
due to brain injury she got in the accident.
I’m really
disappointed realizing its just a 2012 movie yet I was not able to watch it
nicely and I can’t understand it well due to lack of subtitle lol. :D
My emotional meter during the time I was watching this film
is ‘almost there’. I almost felt like crying but there’s this missing something
that deters me from going there. There are some movies that I ended up sobbing
all the way. (However it might be the current situation I am in that causes my
being vulnerable and cry baby). Nevertheless few tears found it way down to my
cheek since I was able to slightly empathize the part where the guy strive hard
for their relationship.
His persistence is heartbreaking and at the same time I find
it embarrassing except I can’t relate at all, I don’t know the feeling of being
madly in love with your partner (husband/wife). Yet it broke my heart when he
signed the divorce paper. Maybe watching
this in Cinema or in a widescreen television with a satisfying resolution will make
a difference in my verdict.
Anyway, I red from some website that there is a
corresponding book where this movie is derived. I’m looking forward in
encountering that book someday.
My Say. That is
what you call unconditional love.
Quotes. My hands remember what my mind forgot.
